Dell Optimizer Collaboration Touchpad Icons Not Lighting Up During Active Zoom Meeting

Symptoms
When a user does not log in into their operating system account within 10 minutes of the personal computer starting up. Dell Optimizer service would still start up on its own, but it will timeout when syncing with Zoom. This causes Collaboration Touchpad icons to be temporarily inactive.

Resolution
To resolve the touchpad icons not lighting up during active Zoom meetings use one of the following resolutions:
- Launch the Dell Optimizer application (or perform any Command-Line Interface (CLI) command). This restarts the Collaboration Touchpad connection with Zoom.
- Restart the computer and login with an operating system user account within 10 minutes.
