Symptoms
在 Unisphere 中添加新 NTP 服务器失败，并显示以下错误消息：
Cannot create NTP servers. At least one of the specified NTP servers is not working (Error Code:0x6000840)已知 NTP 服务器可以与其他 NTP 客户端一起正常工作，也可以从 Unity ssh shell 成功执行 ping 操作。
Cause
Unity 正在验证 NTP 服务器及其与本地时间的时间差。 在此过程中，会向 NTP 服务器发送多个 sntp 请求，这些请求可能会达到 NTP 服务器速率限制，具体取决于 NTP 服务器配置。
