NetWorker 不再支援使用 VBA/EBR 裝置執行 VMware 保護。現在使用 NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） vProxy 裝置來執行 VMware 保護。新的 vCenter 附掛程式已取代 VBA/EBR 裝置使用的附掛程式。若要移除 VBA/EBR 附掛程式，請依照下列步驟操作。

在您開始前
在進行變更前，請先取得 vCenter 伺服器的快照/備份。
請先仔細檢查所有命令，再從 vCenter Server 移除檔案。
 
  1. 在 https://< vCenter FQDN 或 IP>/mob/？moid=ExtensionManager 登入 vCenter mob 擴充管理員
    • 使用一般 vCenter Web 用戶端登入資料
  2. 取消註冊以下 VBA 外掛程式擴展：
  • vcbimage 
  • com.vmware.ebr （舊副檔名 - 可能不存在）
  • com.vmware.ebr2
  • com.vmware.networker2.config
  • com.vmware.ebr-avamar2
  1. 在 vCenter 伺服器上重設 SerenityDB。
  • 位於 /storage/vsphere-ui/SerenityDB/serenity
  • 清除後，應該不會剩下任何項目
  • 這是 vCenter Web 用戶端使用者快取，類似於 Windows C：\Users 目錄。
  • 唯一的影響是每個使用者在下次登錄時都會遇到輕微的延遲，因為這是重新創建的
  注意：首次使用 SSH 終端機 （例如 PuTTY） 登入 vCenter 裝置時，您必須執行 shell。
  1. 使用 find 命令尋找 ebr2、networker2 和 vcbimage 的所有例項。從 vCenter 伺服器移除這些資產。 
  • 尋找 / - 名稱 *EBR2*
  • 尋找 / - 名稱 *NetWorker 2*
  • 尋找 / - 名稱 *vcbimage*
  1.   重新啟動 vSphere Web 用戶端服務
  • service-control --status vsphere-client
  • service-control --stop vsphere-client
  • service-control --start vsphere-client
  1. 清除瀏覽器快取與 Cookie
  2. 開啟全新的瀏覽器
  3. 重新登入 vCenter Web 用戶端：https://< vCenter FQDN 或 IP>：9443/vsphere-client/
