NVP-vProxy：新增至 NMC 的 vProxy 無法開啟加密箱

Symptoms

環境中的 NetWorker 伺服器加密箱資料夾已重新命名，且預設目錄不包含任何加密箱檔案。  

NetWorker VMware Protection 整合是使用 vProxy 裝置進行設定。vProxy 已經部署，而新的 NSR VMware Proxy 資源正新增至 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 的裝置標籤下。設定適當的詳細資料，選取 確定 選項時，會產生錯誤訊息：

錯誤訊息「無法開啟密碼箱」的螢幕擷取畫面 
Failed to open lockbox C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lockbox\[NETWORKER_SERVER]\clb.lb

可使用 /nsr/logs/daemon.raw 顯示：

MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrd NSR notice vProxy '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' is now Enabled. 
MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrd NSR info VM proxy Warning event: vProxy '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' is unavailable. 
MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrmon NSR critical Unable to retrieve vProxy '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' connection information. 
MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrd NSR error Instance UUID not found for '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' vProxy.

Cause

NetWorker 伺服器無法存取 clb.lb vProxy 註冊期間環境中的加密箱檔案。例如，加密箱檔案已從預設目錄移除 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lockbox\[NETWORKER_SERVER]\ 到另一個目錄。

Resolution

NetWorker 伺服器必須在 vProxy 註冊期間存取「clb.lb」加密箱檔案。將加密箱檔案複製回預設值 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lockbox\[NETWORKER_SERVER]\ 目錄。
