Symptoms

segfault at xxxx ip yyyy sp zzzz error 4(E4) in libc-2.17.so[7f2780bee000+1b5000](E4)
segfault at xxxx ip yyyy sp zzzz error 4(E4) in ddfs[400000+4e24000](E4)

System will report either of following message and ALERT  if DDFS restarts with PANIC  error
PANIC: lib/dd_memstats.c: dd_malloc_verify_fence: 493: !(footer->magic == MALLOC_TAIL_MAGIC)
PANIC: lib/../include/dlist.h: _dl_first: 828: !(list->count != 0)

Cause

Dell Technologies 已确定云数据移动功能中的代码缺陷，它将会导致 DDFS 重新启动并显示上述 SEGFAULT（段故障）或 PANIC（死机）错误。

Resolution

为避免在云层数据移动期间重新启动 DDFS，请考虑升级到 DDOS 7.7.1.10 或更高版本、7.7.2.0.10 或更高版本、7.8.0.20 或更高版本

步骤：

1.暂停云数据移动过程
      # data-movement stop
      # data-movement status
              
2.重新启动文件系统
               # filesys restart
     
3.确保文件系统已启用
               #filesys status
              
4.将系统升级到DDOS 7.7.1.10 或更高版本、7.7.2.0.10 或更高版本、7.8.0.20 或更高版本。
5.恢复云数据移动过程
               # data-movement start
