SRM 4.8:: UsedCapacity for Powerflex pool volumes empty

Symptoms

볼륨 보호물에 사용된 용량 값으로 인해 보고 문제가 발생합니다.  Powerflex 시스템의 기본 툴은 이러한 볼륨이 실제로 UsedCapacity를 표시한다는 것을 보여줍니다.

Cause

이 동작은 PowerFlex의 API 호출 변경으로 인해 발생합니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 SRM 4.9에서 영구적으로 해결되었습니다.  이 문제가 발생한 이전 릴리스의 경우 다음 해결 방법으로 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다.
  1. 영향을 받은 PowerFlex Collector 호스트에 SSH(Login)
  2. 디렉토리 /opt/APG/Collecting/Stream-Collector/emc-scaleio/conf로 이동합니다. 
  3. getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml.old에 파일 getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml의 복제본을 만듭니다.
  4. 파일 getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml 편집

라인 번호 75를 수정합니다.  다음에서 변경

  1. 파일을 저장하고 powerflex Collector Manager를 재시작하고 데이터 수집을 위한 몇 가지 폴링 주기를 허용합니다.
