Symptoms

磁片區空白的已使用容量值導致報告問題。  Powerflex 系統的原生工具顯示這些磁片區確實顯示 UsedCapacity

Cause

此行為是因為 PowerFlex 上的 API 呼叫變更所導致

Resolution

此問題已在 SRM 4.9 中永久解決。  對於所有先前出現此問題的版本，下列因應措施將修正此問題：
  1. 登入 （SSH） 至受影響的 Powerflex 收集器主機
  2. 流覽至目錄 /opt/APG/Collect/Stream-Collector/emc-scaleio/conf 
  3. 將檔案複本 getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml 複製到 getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml.old
  4. 編輯檔案 getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml

修改行 75。  從

擷取 xpath-expression=「 substring-after （//vtreeid，'_'） 」 result-type=「string」>VTREEID

變更為

''）） 然後 （substring-after（//vtreeid，''）） 否則 （//vtreeid）」 result-type=「string」>VTREEID

  1. 儲存檔案、重新開機 Powerflex 收集器管理員，並允許幾個資料收集輪詢週期。
