Symptoms

卷的已用容量值为空，导致报告问题。  Powerflex 系统的本机工具显示这些卷确实显示 UsedCapacity

Cause

由于 PowerFlex 上的 API 调用发生更改，导致出现此行为

Resolution

此问题已在 SRM 4.9 中永久解决。  对于遇到此问题的所有先前版本，以下解决方法将解决此问题： -
  1. 登录受影响的 powerflex 收集器主机
  2. 导航至目录 /opt/APG/Collect/Stream-Collector/emc-scaleio/conf 
  3. 将文件getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml 拷贝到 getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml.old
  4. 编辑文件getvolumeinfo_querystats.xml

修改行编号 75。  将其从

extractions xpath-expression=“ substring-after（//vtreeid， '_'） ” result-type=“string”>VTREEID

变为

''）） then （substring-after（//vtreeid，''））else （//vtreeid）” result-type=“string”>VTREEID

  1. 保存文件，重新启动 powerflex 收集器管理器，并允许几个轮询周期进行数据收集。
