Symptoms
Older BIOS versions do not support the Intel Core Ultra 200 U series
The Intel Core Ultra 200 U (Arrow lake) Dell Pro Plus or Premium laptop is displaying an error code during a BIOS update. The Dell Pro Plus and Premium laptops are available with both the Intel Core Ultra 200 V (Lunar lake) or the Arrow lake series of CPU. Failing to use your laptops service tag means it is possible to attempt to install an older BIOS from the Dell driver site. Installing an older BIOS can mean that the BIOS does not support the Arrow lake series of processors. The correct BIOS must be installed for the laptops processor configuration.
