We see the Java exception when they tried to create an RA group.

Cause
There was some kind of conflict or corruption. Possibly when a different thread runs a sync, with just the right timing. Checks have been added to prevent this situation in future, and to handle it a more gracefully should it happen again.
Resolution
This issue has been addressed in Solutions Enabler 8.3.0.
