Symptoms

VxRail plugin not loading any information
vCenter management account is OK.
Importing vCenter certificates does not solve the issue.

Cause

As you can see in the above vpxd.log, a ManagedObjectNotFound exception occurs. This is when a request refers to a managed object that no longer exists or has never existed.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, reboot the vCenter server to clear any bad cache and vmodl.query.PropertyCollector will work properly.
