Symptoms

백업 및 복원을 위해 vProxy 기반 NetWorker NVP(VMware Protection)가 구현됩니다. FLR(File Level Recovery) 기능을 위해 VM(Virtual Machine)을 탐색하려고 하면 다음 탐색이 실패하는 것이 관찰됩니다.
  • NMC(NetWorker Management Console)를 사용하는 경우 VM FLR을 수행할 때 다음 오류가 표시되고 파일 경로가 186자를 초과합니다.

Resolution

수정을 위해 NetWorker 19.6.0.1 이상으로 업그레이드합니다. NetWorker는 다음에서 다운로드할 수 있습니다.

파일 시스템을 수동으로 탐색하여 콘텐츠를 복사할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 하려면 타겟 VM에 파일 시스템을 마운트할 FLR 요청을 시작합니다. 그런 다음 타겟 가상 머신에서 Windows 탐색기를 사용하여 설치 위치를 열고 마운트 지점을 찾습니다. 설치 위치는 다음과 같습니다. "C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\ID\00-X$"
