Symptômes

V nástroji PPDM může při pokusu o spuštění zjišťování prostředků systému Microsoft SQL Server dojít k selhání zjišťování s následujícími chybami: 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
Nebo 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

V protokolu DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc* se zaprotokoluje následující chyba: 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Cause

Chyba je způsobena povolením možnosti "Force protocol encryption" v konfiguraci nativního klienta SQL v nástroji SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Résolution

Problém vyřešíte pomocí následujícího postupu:

  1. Otevřete nástroj SQL Server Configuration Manager.
  2. Klikněte pravým tlačítkem na položku SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration a vyberte možnost Properties.
  3. Nastavte hodnotu Force Protocol Encryption na hodnotu No a vyberte možnost OK.
  4. Proveďte stejný postup pro konfiguraci nativního klienta SQL 11.0 (32 bitů).
  5. Restartujte server SQL.
  6. Jakmile je server SQL spuštěný, spusťte zjišťování z uživatelského rozhraní PPDM.

Někdy může být nutné zrušit registraci nebo odinstalovat agenta a přeinstalovat nástroj, aby zjišťování fungovalo.
