Symptômes

Når du i PPDM forsøger at køre en registrering af et Microsoft SQL Server-aktiv, kan registreringen mislykkes med følgende fejl: 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
Eller 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

I logfilen DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc* logføres følgende fejl: 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.
 
 
I systemets hændelseslogfiler på SQL-serveren kan en eller flere af følgende fejl logføres:

Cause

Fejlen skyldes, at "Gennemtving protokolkryptering" er aktiveret på SQL Native Client-konfigurationen under SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Résolution

Følg nedenstående trin for at løse problemet:

  1. Åbn SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Højreklik på SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration (Konfiguration af SQL Native Client 11.0), og vælg Egenskaber.
  3. Indstil force protocol encryption-værdien til Nej, og vælg OK.
  4. Udfør de samme trin for konfiguration af SQL Native Client 11.0 (32 bit)
  5. Genstart SQL Server
  6. Når SQL-serveren er oppe at køre, skal du køre Registrering fra PPDM UI.

Nogle gange kan det være nødvendigt at afregistrere eller afinstallere agenten og geninstallere, for at registrering kan fungere.
