Symptômes

У межах PPDM під час спроби запустити виявлення ресурсу Microsoft SQL Server виявлення може завершитися помилкою з такими помилками: 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
Або 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

У журналі DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc* реєструється така помилка: 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Cause

Помилка викликана тим, що в конфігурації SQL Native Client увімкнено «Примусове шифрування протоколу» в розділі SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Résolution

Щоб вирішити проблему, виконайте наведені нижче дії.

  1. Відкрийте диспетчер конфігурації SQL Server
  2. Клацніть правою кнопкою миші на SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration і виберіть властивості.
  3. Установіть для параметра Force Protocol Encryption (Примусове шифрування протоколу) значення Ні (No) і натисніть кнопку OK.
  4. Виконайте ті самі кроки для конфігурації SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration (32-розрядна)
  5. Перезавантажте SQL Server
  6. Після того, як SQL-сервер буде запущено, запустіть Discovery з інтерфейсу користувача PPDM.

Іноді може знадобитися скасувати реєстрацію або видалити агент і повторно інсталювати, щоб виявлення працювало.
