Symptômes
Alienware Command Centerアプリケーションでは、Fusionタブにプロセッサー(CPU)とグラフィックス プロセッサー(GPU)の情報のみが表示されます。Dell G5 5590のメモリー情報は表示されません。
Cause
これは、インテルのパッチ アップデート(IPUサポート)によるセキュリティ脆弱性の修正によるものです。これにより、XTU SMIインターフェイスが削除され、XTU SDKを介してメモリー関連情報を取得するためのアクセスが発生しなくなりました。
Résolution
Alienware Command Centerアプリケーションは設計どおりに動作しており、CPUとGPUの情報のみが表示されます(図1)。
