低解像度

Cause

PIPまたはPBPがオンの場合、PCが間違ったHDMI EDIDを読み取った結果、HDMI信号でビデオが表示されない、または低解像度になる場合があります。

Résolution

PIPまたはPBPがオンになっている場合は、ドッキング ステーションがいずれかの接続でHDMIを使用しているかどうかを確認します。接続されている場合、デル・テクノロジーズは、HDMIを以下のいずれかの代替接続に交換することをお勧めします。

Thunderbolt (USB-C)接続に変更します。

  1. Thunderbolt (USB-C)をモニターThunderboltに直接接続します。
  2. モニターのOSDでPIPまたはPBPの接続をThunderbolt (USB-C)に変更します。

DisplayPort接続:

  1. DisplayPortを直接モニターするには、DisplayPortを接続します。
