Sintomi
NetWorker Back-up mislukt met "VSS failed to process snapshot: Er is onvoldoende storage beschikbaar om het schaduwkopie-storagebestand of andere schaduwkopiedata te maken."

VSS OTHER: ERROR: VSS failed to process snapshot: Insufficient storage available to create either the shadow copy storage file or other shadow copy data. (VSS error 0x8004231f)
90108:save: Unable to save the SYSTEM STATE save sets: cannot create the snapshot.
Dit KB-artikel is gericht op de bovenstaande fout, maar is ook van toepassing op andere VSS-fouten.
Causa
Dit is geen NetWorker-fout. Microsoft raadt aan dat ~20% van de totale schijfgrootte beschikbaar is om VSS te laten werken.
Risoluzione
Dit probleem kan zonder NetWorker worden gerepliceerd door de volgende opdrachten op de client uit te voeren:
Uw VSS-schrijvers moeten allemaal worden vermeld met 'No Error' en 'Stable'
Als het bovenstaande is voltooid, voert u de volgende opdracht uit:
Als een snapshot is gemaakt, ziet u:
Als de VSS-schrijvers van clients fouten melden of als u geen snapshot kunt maken met behulp van de Windows-opdracht, neemt u contact op met Microsoft Support voor hulp.
