Sintomi

Avamar 垃圾收集程序失敗， 
ERROR: <4202> failed garbage collection with error MSG_ERR_BADTIMESYNC

 

Causa

時間不會在一或多個 Avamar 數據節點和公用程式節點之間同步。
這會導致 Avamar 維護活動失敗。

Risoluzione

因應措施：
1.透過 putty 工作話登入 Avamar。載入管理員鍵。
請參閱 Avamar：如何登入 Avamar 伺服器並載入各種金鑰

2.檢查時間會在所有 Avamar 節點上同步。如需範例輸出，請參閱 附錄 A 。
  
mapall --all --parallel 'date'


如果時間未同步

3.請遵循 Avamar：如何在 Avamar 伺服器上變更 NTP，使用要求時間 同步處理所有節點的時間。

4.確認垃圾收集作業是否成功完成。
