Causa

Hyper-V VSS 附掛程式最初在 WMI 呼叫中使用 Hyper-V 命名空間來取得 RCT 範圍。對於新的修補程式，代碼已更改為引用群集命名空間。

Risoluzione

早期版本的附掛程式需要使用 Avamar Hyper-V 累積 hotfix。它們結合了彈性更改跟蹤 （RCT） 的最新代碼更改，用於備份和還原改進。

注意：若為 Avamar Hyper-V 附掛程式 19.4.100-116 版或更低版本，請升級至 19.4.100-124 或更新版本，並套用對應的 Hotfix。版本 19.9 和 19.10 包含最新的修補程式代碼變更。
