Sintomi

Kun PPDM:ssä yritetään suorittaa Microsoft SQL Server -resurssin etsintää, tunnistus saattaa epäonnistua ja aiheuttaa seuraavia virheitä: 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
Tai 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

Seuraava virhe kirjataan DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc*-lokiin: 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Causa

Risoluzione

Voit ratkaista ongelman seuraavasti:

  1. Avaa SQL Server Configuration Manager

  3. Määritä Force Protocol Encryption -arvoksi No ja valitse OK.
  4. Tee samat toimet SQL Native Client 11.0 -kokoonpanolle (32-bittinen)
  5. Käynnistä SQL Server uudelleen
  6. Kun SQL-palvelin on käynnissä, suorita Discovery PPDM-käyttöliittymässä.

Joskus agentin rekisteröinti tai asennus on poistettava ja etsintä onnistuu asentamalla se uudelleen.
