Sintomi

När du försöker köra en identifiering av en Microsoft SQL Server-tillgång i PPDM kan identifieringen misslyckas med följande fel: 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
Eller 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

I DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc*-loggen loggas följande fel: 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Causa

Felet orsakas av att "Force protocol encryption" är aktiverat på SQL Native Client-konfigurationen under SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Risoluzione

Följ stegen nedan för att lösa problemet:

  1. Öppna SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Högerklicka på SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration och välj Properties.
  3. Ställ in force protocol encryption-värdet på No och välj OK.
  4. Utför samma steg för SQL Native Client 11.0-konfiguration (32-bitars)
  5. Starta om SQL-servern
  6. När SQL-servern är igång kör du Discovery från PPDM-användargränssnittet.

Ibland kan det vara nödvändigt att avregistrera eller avinstallera agenten och installera om för att identifieringen ska fungera.
