Sintomi
The user attempted an offline update to the latest cumulative update for Windows Server 2019 (see Microsoft article 5027222 linked below), but the update failed with the message "The update is not applicable to your computer."

Causa
Customer did not follow the Prerequisite instructions in Microsoft article June 13, 2023-KB5027222 (OS Build 17763.4499)

You must install the August 10, 2021 SSU (KB5005112) before installing the LCU."

Install the SSU per Microsoft article 5005112 Servicing stack update for Windows 10, version 1809: August 10, 2021
(as noted in the previous Microsoft article 5027222
), and then install the latest LCU. The issue should be resolved.
