Sintomi

De gebruiker heeft het accountwachtwoord gewijzigd en heeft nu geen toegang tot de vCenter-webclient.

Ik heb een ander beheerdersaccount geprobeerd om in te loggen en het vorige accountwachtwoord bijgewerkt, maar het account wordt onmiddellijk vergrendeld.

Causa

De gebruiker heeft de administrator@vsphere.local rekening. Het account is verwijderd uit de SystemConfiguration.Administrators groep. Als de administrator@vsphere.local is uitgeschakeld en geen enkel ander account dezelfde machtigingen heeft, wordt het account vergrendeld. Wachtwoorden worden niet bijgewerkt bij accountupdates.

Risoluzione

U kunt dit probleem als volgt oplossen:
  1. Gebruik een ander beheeraccount om u aan te melden bij de vCenter webclient. Inschakelen administrator@vsphere.localte installeren.
  2. Als het al is verwijderd uit SystemConfiguration.Administrators, voeg het weer toe aan de groep.
  3. Gebruik administrator@vsphere.local Als u zich wilt aanmelden bij de vCenter Web Client, verwijdert u het probleemaccount en maakt u het opnieuw.
