Virheet viittaavat mahdolliseen verkko-ongelmaan ympäristössä. ECS:n ja EKM-palvelimen välinen tietoliikenne saattaa olla estetty tai itse EKM-palvelin ei ole käytettävissä. Varmista, että ECS voi lähettää ping-kutsun EKM-palvelimelle, ja neuvo käyttäjää tarkistamaan, että EKM-palvelin toimii.
