L’agent distant NetWorker NMM SQL Server ne parvient pas à s’inscrire - nsrnmsqlra -i

L’agent distant NetWorker NMM SQL Server ne parvient pas à s’enregistrer. Lorsque NMM est installé sur un serveur SQL Server, il doit enregistrer (automatiquement) un agent distant auprès de NetWorker.
Utilisation de cette commande

nsrnmsqlra -i 

 

Cette opération ne s’enregistre pas avec l’erreur suivante:  Impossible d’ouvrir le côté client nommé pipe pour l’authentification:

la cause est liée au protocole Windows (SMB) Server Message Block.

Le système d’exploitation Microsoft Windows utilise des canaux nommés pour l’authentification et l’accès aux fichiers, imprimantes et partages.

Les canaux nommés utilisent Server Message Block (SMB) comme protocole de transport sous-jacent.   

Lorsque SMB est désactivé, l’agent distant NMM échoue en raison de l’authentification nécessitant l’utilisation de canaux nommés.

Cause première de l’ingénierie définie comme suit:

This is windows requirement.
 
During authentication process, Server will create the named pipe file in the client and open the named pipe to get the RPCSEC_GSS 
credentials. But when SMB protocol is disabled,  server fails to get the details from the client.

REMARQUES

1. La fonctionnalité SMB1 est installée par défaut sur les serveurs Microsoft Windows. 

2. À partir de Windows Server 2019, SMB1 n’est pas installé par défaut.
Par conséquent, si SMB est également désactivé en même temps que SMB1 n’est pas installé, l’agent distant échoue.
