NetWorker NMM SQL Serverリモート エージェントの登録に失敗します。NMMがSQL Serverにインストールされている場合は、NetWorkerにリモート エージェントを登録する(自動的に)必要があります。
このコマンドの使用

nsrnmsqlra -i 

 

これは、次のエラーで登録に失敗します。  認証のためにクライアント側の名前付きパイプを開くことができません。

原因はWindows(SMB)サーバー メッセージ ブロック プロトコルに関連しています。

Microsoft Windowsオペレーティング システムでは、認証に名前付きパイプを使用し、ファイル、プリンター、共有にアクセスします。

名前付きパイプは、基盤となるトランスポート プロトコルとしてSMB(Server Message Block)を使用します。   

SMBが無効になっている場合、名前付きパイプを使用する必要がある認証により、NMMリモート エージェントが失敗します。

エンジニアリングの根本原因は次のように定義されます。

This is windows requirement.
 
During authentication process, Server will create the named pipe file in the client and open the named pipe to get the RPCSEC_GSS 
credentials. But when SMB protocol is disabled,  server fails to get the details from the client.

メモ

1.Microsoft Windowsサーバーには、デフォルトでSMB1機能がインストールされています。

2.Windows 2019 Server以降、SMB1はデフォルトではインストールされていません。
したがって、SMB1がインストールされていないと同時にSMBも無効になっている場合、リモート エージェントは失敗します。
