Przyczyna

In order to perform the upgrade of the PPDM appliance, we must have 8 GB of free space on the /tmp partition of the PPDM.

Rozwiązanie

Affected versions: This behavior can occur on any PPDM.

Fixed Version: 19.14

Workaround: 
Run the commands to identify the largest files in the / partition.
Remove these files to free up space and try the upgrade again.

sudo find /home -type f -printf '%s %p\n' | sort -nr | head -10
sudo find /tmp -type f -printf '%s %p\n' | sort -nr | head -10
