PowerProtect: Falha na restauração da VM do PPDM VMware. Código de erro ARV0037

A interface do usuário do PowerProtect Data Manager registra o seguinte erro para Restauração de acesso instantâneo:

ARV0037: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'SQL01' on vCenter 'vc70.myorg.local' because the virtual machine reconfiguration was unsuccessful.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete the restore of this virtual machine because the reconfiguration of the virtual machine on the vCenter cannot be successfully completed.
Verify that the datastore has enough free space for the operation.     <====  This message is misleading. IA restore creates its now NFS datastore. No need to troubleshoot datastore space issue

A engenharia do PowerProtect Data Manager entende que o problema está relacionado a um cache de host ESXI obsoleto.

A resolução permanente é fazer upgrade para o PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15 quando disponível.

As soluções temporárias a seguir podem ser usadas para restaurar a VM até que o PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15 esteja disponível.

1. Restaure a VM a um cluster do vSphere diferente do cluster da VM de origem.
2. Entre em contato com o suporte técnico da Dell para obter um binário de diagnóstico que pode ser aplicado ao Mecanismo de proteção para concluir a restauração.
