Symptoms
If you receive the following event code: MYSTIC01408B / VXR01408B - vSAN Health Alarm 'Physical disk health retrieval issues'
Cause
This alarm is triggered when vSAN health is not able to query disk information from hosts in the vSAN cluster.
This can be transient in nature but sometimes may be permanent.
Resolution
In vCenter click on your cluster, then Monitor, then the vSAN Health to see if this issue is persisting.
