Cause
Microsoft Windows NTFS 文件系统支持最多 32,000 个字符的路径深度（文件和文件夹名称），但 Win32 Shell 最多限制为 260 个字符。 由于文件路径和名称超过 Win32 Shell 字符限制，因此导致文件级恢复错误。
Resolution
从 Microsoft Windows 10 和 2016 操作系统开始，有一个新选项可用于启用长 Win32 Shell 长路径。 Win32 长路径选项是一项“选择加入”功能，默认情况下未启用。 要解决 FLR 错误，应在目标客户端上启用 Win32 长路径 选项。
