Cause
Dell Trusted Device leverages certificate pinning for trust validation of its back-end server, this certificate is being updated in 3.5, with the older certificate expiring on September 30, 2021.
Endpoints running Dell Trusted Device 3.4 and earlier will see error code 13 after this date. This correlates to a failure to validate the certificates on the SaaS-hosted servers.
