Instructions
Dell Device Management Console (DDMC) removes devices from the management console when the drive is inactive for an extended period.
The inactivity period is extended from 90 to 180 days. If a user does not log in for 150 consecutive days, a reminder is sent. If there is still no activity during the following 30-day grace period, the tenant device is deleted.
- In the context of peripheral management, a tenant is considered inactive if no one logs in and no devices are registered or checked in during the specified period.
