Symptómy

The User Console operation may fail with the following errors when trying to rotate the SSH Keys on ECS and ObjectScale:

Príčina

Network SSH Connectivity Issues: Network or SSH connectivity between the nodes or with a remote Virtual Data Center (VDC) may be unavailable.

SSH Keys Issue: Existing SSH Keys in the VDC may not have been configured correctly.

Riešenie

SSH port should be open between the VDC in a federation to allow key rotation.

Contact Dell ECS and ObjectScale Technical Support with the logs of the node from which the console was run if this does not resolve issue:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
