Alienware Command Center Fresh Installation in Windows 10 after Windows 10 EOL Date
Zhrnutie: This article provides information about Alienware Command Center (AWCC) Installation step after windows 10 End of Life (EOL) on October 14, 2025.
Symptómy
Auto installation of AWCC in a clean system with windows 10 does not happen. Peripherals may not be detected if fresh installation in windows 10 is done without connecting peripheral.
Príčina
Driver package delivery or distribution through Windows-Update (WU) is not available after October 10, 2025 due to Windows 10 EOL.
Riešenie
Download the latest AWCC version from the Dell Support Site
AWCC First-time Installation in the system must be manual, and the AlienFX device requires to be properly connected and in an active state.
For users with AWCC already install in the system the In-app acquisition flow triggers the installation of AlienFX device software component.
If devices not connected before starting AWCC installation, then must use "Modify" option in the control panel after connecting peripherals to download the missing packages.
