操作系统更改要求 TPM 升级或降级。

如果操作系统从 Windows 10 升级或降级，则部分戴尔系统需要匹配的 TPM 升级或降级。

  • 旧启动模式系统需要TPM 1.2。
  • UEFI模式系统可与TPM 2.0和1.2配合使用。

提醒：这不适用于 Dell Precision Rack R7910/7910XL。作为企业级系统，TPM 模块是嵌入在系统主板中的销售点配置，不可在现场升级。

 

如何更新 TPM

 

提醒：确保在执行此任务时，系统的交流适配器已插入系统中。升级/降级期间，任何电源中断都可能损坏 TPM 模块。发生这种情况时，终端用户将无法访问硬盘中的数据，并且系统不可用。

 

出厂时附带 Windows 10 的系统具有 TPM 2.0。这些系统需要 戴尔支持网站上 的 Dell TPM 1.2 更新实用程序，以将 TPM 降级到固件版本 1.2。

提醒：您必须提供 可引导的 DOS USB 驱动器。此可执行文件不会创建DOS系统文件。

 

提醒：如果您的系统上启用了 BitLocker，请确保您在启用了 BitLocker 的系统上更新 TPM 之前暂挂 BitLocker 加密。

 

提醒：在安装有 DDPE 的系统上：
  1. 打开服务桌面应用程序（在搜索框中键入services.msc，然后按Enter键）
  2. 将DellMgmtAgent Windows服务设为Disabled（已禁用）
  3. 停止 DellMgmtAgent Windows 服务
  4. 将DellMgmtLoader Windows服务设为Disabled（已禁用）
  5. 停止 DellMgmtLoader Windows 服务
  6. 继续清除TPM
  7. 清除TPM后
  8. 将 DellMgmtLoader Windows 服务设置为 Automatic
  9. 启动 DellMgmtLoader Windows 服务
  10. 将DellMgmtAgent Windows服务设为Automatic（自动）
  11. 启动DellMgmtAgent Windows服务

 

提醒：在 BIOS 设置中，必须已打开和启用 TPM，并且不得拥有 TPM。如果拥有TPM，请转至BIOS设置并清除TPM，然后再继续操作。您可能需要运行TPM.msc，才能在Windows操作系统下重新初始化TPM。

 

提醒：在清除 TPM 所有权后，某些操作系统会在下次启动时自动获取 TPM 的所有权（TPM 自动调配）。必须在作系统中禁用此功能才能继续更新。
