How to retrieve PowerPath license key

PowerPath was uninstalled and reinstalled, however license key was not noted

How to retrieve PowerPath license key that was already installed

PowerPath license key is stored on the following registry key locations:-
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EmcPowSrv\license
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\EmcPowSrv\license
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\EmcPowSrv\license

Also in case EMC reports/grabs were collected on the server even once for EMC technical support, then you can also find the registry key stored in:-
C:\Windows\Emcreports\COLLECTION\PP folder in file named HOSTNAME_PPATH_DISP_LICENSE.txt file


In case PowerPath is installed, you can run the command "powermt check_registration"
