Latitude 9420 Running Ubuntu OS Prompts an Error Message After Idle

Dell Latitude 9420 with Ubuntu 18.04 / 180.4 SP1 / 20.04 may report that the computer prompts "System program problem detected" message after idling for a while.

This is expected under Ubuntu, it notifies you of a 'crash' in the computer. It is not a major issue and does not impact the computer. Some programs were unresponsive sometime in the past.
