SRM Discovery Issues on Dell Data Domain. Getting Timed our errors

Discovery Issues on Data Domain. Getting Timed our errors. These same Data Domain were discovered earlier. Bumping the timeout to 1200 only cleared the issue for some Dell Data Domain appliances.

Data Domain collector log showed these generic errors.

Default maxBulkSize of 50 was causing discovery timed out errors.

In the incident that generated this kb article, maxBulkSize reduction cleared the discovery issue.
Pick a maxBulkSize value say 15.
