症状

Target Port Group (TPG) values and information are incorrect on PowerStore Metro volumes on a Linux system for PS-OS versions 3.x.

原因

The nonauthoritative TPG information (essentially the remote TPG data), for the PowerStore Metro ports are not reported correctly from PowerStore.
ESXi always accepts the authoritative information about a path, i.e. the information that comes back on path1 about path1 is authoritative. Arrays are also required to report information about paths they do not own. These are called nonauthoritative paths. PowerStore remote nonauthoritative paths return incorrect information about the TPGs.

解决方案

Metro protection in PowerStoreOS versions 3.x supports FC/SCSI or iSCSI connected VMware ESXi hosts.

For more information, see "Dell EMC PowerStore Release Notes" and "Dell EMC PowerStore Protecting Your Data" documents for appropriate version.
