Connectrix: Brocade Syslogadmin and auditcfg commands return errors when viewing settings or making changes

The following errors are returned while running syslogadmin and auditcfg commands:

syslogadmin --show -ip
Unable to retrieve information

syslogadmin --set -ip 10.0.0.1
Unable to process this operation.

auditcfg --show -filter
Unable to retrieve audit configuration :-5

During a supportsave, one or more modules may time out due to network issues or high CPU usage on the switch. This causes a communication issue between daemons, resulting in the reported errors.

Work Around:
Perform a hareboot on a non-director or hafailover on a director during a scheduled maintenance window to clear the condition and allow the commands to complete.

Resolution:
Upgrade to FOS 9.2.0b where the defect is fixed.
