症狀

When performing a File Search File Level Recovery (FLR), the files are restored in an autocreated folder.

When we perform a File Search File Level Recovery (FLR), we see that files are restored in an auto-created folder.

The folder name is supposed to be created according to the copyStartTime, also known as backup creation time.

In this example, the file was backed up on 05-31. It was then restored to this Test folder.

The problem is that the date "2023-05-04" does not correspond with the CopyStartTime.
It should be "2023-05-31".

原因

This is a code defect.

解析度

Upgrade to 19.14 or later where this issue is fixed.
