Removing the front cover
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
- Remove the left-side cover.

Steps
- Place the computer in an upright position.
- Gently pry and release the front-cover tabs sequentially from the top.
- Rotate the front cover outward from the chassis.
- Remove the front cover from the chassis.
