Installing the heat sink - dGPU

  1. Align the captive screws on the heat sink with the screw slots on the system board and the display assembly base [1].
  2. In the sequential order (as indicated on the heat sink), tighten the captive screws that secure the heat sink to the system board and display assembly base [2].

    1. System fan
    2. System board shield
    3. Back cover
    4. Stand
  4. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
