PDR63: A bad disk block on <arg1> cannot be reassigned during a write operation, preventing completion and potentially causing data loss and loss of redundancy.

PowerProtect One DM5510 receives the error "PDR57: Bad block table on <arg1> is full, cannot log block <arg2>." An unrecoverable medium error marking the block invalid causes this issue. Resolve by backing up data, reinitializing the disk, and restoring from backup.

PDR47 A block on <arg1> was punctured by the controller.

PowerProtect One DM5510 receives the message "PDR13 A disk at <arg1> rebuild has failed."

PDR12 initialization failed; the disk shows a red "X,” indicating a hard drive failure or corruption. Replace the failed disk and then restart the initialization.

Error PDR1001 indicates a fault on drive <arg1> in disk drive bay <arg2>. The controller has taken the disk offline. Remove and reseat the drive; if it remains offline, contact Dell Customer Support per product documentation.

A device has been failed and the system is no longer functioning in optimal condition.

The retention lock disable job in PowerProtect Data Manager fails with error code CPM0016 and the log message "Request entity is too large."
