Removal
Front Bezel
Identify the front bezel highlighted in blue.
Unlock the bezel.
Press the release button, and pull the left end of the front bezel.
Unhook the right end, and remove the bezel.
System Cover
Identify the system cover highlighted in blue.
Using a 1/4 inch flat head or a phillips #2 screwdriver rotate the lock counterclockwise to the unlock position.
Lift the release latch until the system cover slides back.
Lift the cover from the system.
Drive backplane cover
Identify the drive backplane cover highlighted in blue.
Slide the backplane cover in the direction of the arrows marked on the drive backplane cover.
Lift the backplane cover from the system.
Air Shroud
Identify the air shroud highlighted in blue.
Hold the edges of the air shroud, and lift the air shroud out of the system.
VGA module
Identify the VGA module highlighted in blue.
Disconnect the VGA cable from the connector on the system board.
Lift the latch and remove the side wall bracket from the system.
Using a phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the screw that secures the VGA module to the system.
Unroute the control panel cable and remove the screw that secures the VGA module to the system.
Slide the VGA module out of the system.
Install
VGA module
Identify the VGA module location highlighted in blue.
Route the VGA cable through the slot on the front of the system .
Align and slide the VGA module into the slot.
Install the screw that secures the VGA module to the system and route the control panel cable.
Using the phillips #2 screwdriver, install the screw that secures the VGA module to the system.
Connect the VGA cable to the connector on the system board.
Install the side wall bracket and close the cable latch.
Air Shroud
Identify the air shroud location highlighted in blue.
Holding the edges of the air shroud, align the tabs on the air shroud with the slots on the system.
Lower the air shroud into the system until it is firmly seated.
Drive backplane cover
Identify the drive backplane cover location highlighted in blue.
Align the drive backplane cover with the guide slots on the system.
Slide the drive backplane cover to the front of the system until the drive backplane cover fits into place.
System Cover
Identify the system cover location highlighted in blue.
Align the tabs on the system cover with the guide slots on the system and slide the system cover.
Close the system cover release latch.
Using a 1/4 inch flat head or phillips #2 screwdriver, rotate the lock clockwise to the lock position.
Front Bezel
Identify the front bezel location highlighted in blue.
Align and insert the tabs on the bezel into the slots on the system.
Press the bezel until the release button clicks in place.
Lock the bezel.
