Removal
System Cover
Identify the system cover highlighted in blue.
Rotate the latch release lock counter clockwise to the unlocked position.
Open the latch on the system cover
Slide system cover toward the back and using the latch lift system cover up from system.
Cooling Shroud
Identify the cooling shroud highlighted in blue
Holding the touch points, lift the cooling shroud away from the system.
Cooling Fan Assembly
Identify the cooling fan assembly highlighted in blue.
Lift the release levers to unlock the cooling fan assembly from the system.
Hold the release levers, and lift the cooling fan assembly away from the system.
Front Bezel
Identify the front bezel highlighted in blue
Unlock the front bezel by using the key.
Slide the release latch up, and pull the left end of the front bezel.
Unhook the right end, and remove the front bezel.
Control Panel
Identify the control panel highlighted in blue
Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the screw(s) securing the control panel to the chassis
From inside the system, push the control panel out of the system.
Remove all the cables connecting the control panel to the chassis.
Remove Information tag from control panel and retain for use in the new panel
Install
Control Panel
Identify the control panel location highlighted in blue
To install the information tag, push the information tag into the control panel slot.
Connect all the applicable cables to the control panel.
Slide the control panel into the slot in the system.
Install the screw(s) to secure the control panel to the system.
Front Bezel
Identify the front bezel location highlighted in blue
Hook the right end of the front bezel onto the system.
Fit the free end of the front bezel onto the system.
Lock the front bezel by using the key.
Cooling Fan Assembly
Identify the cooling fan location highlighted in blue.
Align the guide rails on the cooling fan assembly with the standoffs on the system.
Lower the cooling fan assembly into the system until the cooling fan connectors engage with the connectors on the system board
Press the release levers to lock the cooling fan assembly into the system.
Cooling Shroud
Identify the cooling shroud location highlighted in blue
Align the tabs on the cooling shroud with securing slots on the system, then lower the cooling shroud into the system until firmly seated.
System Cover
Identify the system cover location highlighted in blue
Align the slots on the system cover with the tabs on the system.
Push the system cover latch down. The system cover slides forward and the slots on the system cover engage with the tabs on the system.
Rotate the latch release lock clockwise to the locked position.
