Call centers

Earlier today I called to cancel an order for a  (Dell recomended) monitor..(that will arrive THREE WEEKS after my tower)..

I can buy the same thing at Best Buy, that's ten minutes away..

before being transfered to yet another person who I can't understand..The person from YOUR company mumbled.."[AMIN NOTE: Post Edited per TOU Violation] Americans" Yes, they dropped the bomb. Tell me why I shouldnt cancel my entire order?

Seriously? This is the response I get? For your information I wasn't stressed before I made the call..I was calm and lite when I spoke to the representative

I did nothing to provoke them.dropping the f bomb...even if I did..its no excuse for such h behavior.

You may not care if I cancel my order, but since I purchased it thru our employee program at work.

I will make sure this moves thru the proper channels.. Sure you have many corporate clients...and missing one won't hurt your bottom line..

so....I.just spend.my money elsewhere.. and.let as many people and business know how Dell.doesn't care about its customers

Cancel your order if that is what will make you feel justified. Dell is a big company and losing one entire order is not going to hurt them.  It is annoying when people cannot be understood clearly, but that happens here in America as well.  Instead of getting stressed and angry, ask for a different rep that speaks better english or ask for a supervisor and speak with them instead. It is unprofessional for the rep to have put down americans, but how many times have you heard or even said horrible things about other minority groups.

I don't like to assume but from the way you wrote your post it seems that you were probably already stressed and angry when you finally got to the rep with loose lips. It is very unprofessional to have said what he said where you could hear it but it is difficult to handle angry people all day "Americans" who are mad at these reps in india for not speaking perfect english. for taking jobs from americans. Dont be mad at them, be mad at the companies. These people need jobs just like us and it isn't them taking from us it is the companies we are buying from, giving the opportunities to them instead of America.

Cancel your order, or get over it and stop complaining.
