Dell Certified System Expert Certification

Question

Hello,

I worked as a technical support representative for dell for 4 years and took some certification. The Credentials and links I used was provided by the company(Internal). Now, that I'm no longer connected

with the company, I would like to know how to obtain those certifications or if not, I want to take those exams again.

Hello I have been trying to get a hold of someone to find out who to talk to about the DCSE certs.

It seem as someone is using my e-mail address to pass these test and possible my old DCSE ID. I have received of 80 e-mail looking like this. Please note I no longer work with Dell or support there product since 2014.

Who can I call to stop this.

Good Day mam,

I'm Mr. Mark Dominique D. Mateo a former Al-Alamiah Electronics Co. from Riyadh Saudi Arabia Handling Dell Computer and main distributor of Dell, we all so the main Contractor in Saudi Aramco for all units of Dell computers from Server, Desktop, Loptaps and others. may i ask where i can get my previous certificates which we pass the online exams from the year 2000 to 2002. hoping for your warm response on my request.
