AX100 - AX 150 Powerlink Site
***********************************************************************
In order to improve customer experience, Dell has setup two new websites specifically for the AX100 and AX150. AX-Series customers will no longer have to register for PowerLink. AX-Series customers will be able to register on the website and have instant access to updated FLARE and software.
The latest software and the latest support and troubleshooting documentation for the AX-100 and AX-150 storage systems are available at the following web sites.
• For AX-100 — http://www.emc.com/dell-ax100support
• For AX-150 — http://www.emc.com/dell-ax150support
In addition to software, the websites also have customized documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting trees. Customers will need to use the EMC serial number to register, the serial number starts with FCNPRxxxx or APM00xxxxxx.
Note: There are typically multiple serial numbers on the rear of the system that start with FCN, the only one that will work is the one that starts with FCNPR...
If the serial number is not available physically, it can be displayed in Navisphere Express under Manage -> Storage System.

PS seems we have a AX100SCi specifically. Don't know if this makes a difference.
I've also tried the 3 S/N I could find. No luck with either. ALso tried stripping off the letters, then leading 0's.

Access to EMC's site (software and downloads) is generally only accessible if your system is under warranty. The AX100 hasn't been sold in quite a few years, so it's likely that you cannot get access because your system is out of warranty. If you extended the warranty (via Dell), you may need to call Dell|EMC support and ask them for assistance gaining access to the AX100 downloads.
